Stripe will send a receipt to whatever email you gve it, and that's the extent of the paperwork. This was a one-time thing — no subscription, nothing to cancel, no one is going to email you in November. And since the press is a business and naot a charity, it isn't tax-deductible.
You paid for a thing to exist for others who might need it and don't have the resources. Which is the best way this publishing/contributor relationship shakes out to help the greater community at large. Thank you for helping me build this. Truly.
