what you can do with it
Your license covers personal and commercial use, including:
personal projects with no monetary exchange
commercial work and end products for sale, up to 5,000 units (digital or physical)
one business social media account
digital advertising with no impression limits
physical advertising within a national market
assets for e-commerce or your website
If your project exceeds 5,000 end products, reach out before you hit that ceiling and we'll figure something out.
what you can't do with it
A few things that aren't covered under any circumstances:
reselling or sublicensing the asset as-is
redistributing the asset so others can download or extract it
using assets in native apps, web apps, or games
worldwide physical advertising campaigns
claiming authorship or ownership of the asset
using assets in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or defamatory material
obtaining assets through unauthorized channels
a note on end products
An end product is the final thing you make using the asset: a zine, a printed card, a finished design. The asset itself is not the end product. You're licensing it as a building block for your own creations, not acquiring rights to redistribute the files you download.
