Method 1: Using a Desktop Browser

  1. Log into your account at PayPal.com.

  2. Click the Settings Gear Icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Click the Payments tab along the top menu.

  4. Select Automatic payments (or "Subscriptions and saved businesses").

  5. Select our organization’s name from the list on the left side of the screen.

  6. Click Cancel or Unlink at the top of the profile details to stop future donations.

Method 2: Using the PayPal Mobile App

  1. Open the app and tap the Menu icon (three lines).

  2. Tap Subscriptions or Automatic Payments.

  3. Select our organization from your active list of merchants.

  4. Tap Remove PayPal as your payment method (or Unlink) at the bottom of the screen to confirm.
